  • Action Instructions

    1. The resistance band is attached to the top of a door. Fully stretch your arms and raise the handles above your head.

    2. Pull the handles downward until in line with the shoulders.

    3. Bring handles back to starting position.

    Action Considerations

    Do not let your back bend during the movement. Slightly bend your knees to help create the balance.
