Gonex Wooden Gymnastic Rings with Adjustable Number Straps

These are great rings. I really like the adjustable lengths. They're long enough for me to do push-ups by the floor with and short enough for me to do pull-ups near the ceiling. The cabiner is heavy duty. The webbing straps are also thick and heavy duty. I been using it for a few months with no issues. The rings themselves are plywood and has held up quite well. The rings did come with wraps to wrap the rings but I didnt use them.

I use a set in my home gym and in my wellness center. At home I hang them off of a doorway chin up bar... They work great!!! Five Stars.

I love these rings! I set them up on a wall mounted pull up bar. My entire family (5) uses them even the baby (2) lol. Whenever someone passes them by they get on them.

Great product!I just got the rings and already installed it for my son. He is very happy with his new rings.The one thing I really like is that the straps are very long and can be adjusted. The rings itself seems very strong and well made. Overall, I love the product and my son can now practice to improve his moves and get stronger. Let's go!

If you're into calisthenic exercises like dips/pull-ups/suspended push-ups/inverted rows and more, you'll need these. Easy to set up and very durable.

The rings themselves are awesome. The straps are super sturdy and easy to set up, and the rings are solid. No problems there.The grip tape never really worked for me though. Since it's not sticky the whole way around (like hockey tape), it spins in your hand, regardless of which direction you wrap the tape. I'd definitely purchase some other grip tape if that's important to you.

Strap it up in your doorway and you're good to go. I'm only 135 pounds but it has no issues with me.

I got this for my home gym. The straps are very well made and it is easy to go from one height to the next. The rings are sturdy and easy for me to grip. My package did not have the tape for the rings and the Allen wrench to unlock the clips, but I just used my own. It was not worth it to have to return and wait for another set to come. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Great edition to my home gym.

Though attaching the grip is not easy and despite my best efforts they came right off, I wish they had put them on for me.

A lil thicker, more tact. It's all about grip and being good to your wrists.

Great set ....but I had to order another set to get straps that were even.

Versatile design and easy to use. Sturdy.

One carabiner spring broke the first day I started using it. Fortunately i can still manually close it and it isn't the one I need to adjust so it doesn't matter too much. Still sturdy and works fineThe wood is smooth and the strap is nice, stitching seems good.

I'm very happy with this so far. It's a good cheap addition to my exercise equipment. Very versatile.

These are great for ring work, high quality, durable, sturdy, BUT there is a major design based drawback. If I could do it over, I would maybe go with the more common design (with clamp type strap adjuster.) The problem with this version is that it is much more tedious to resize from the ground (I think--because I haven't tried the other version.) Instead of quickly resizing with a pull on the straps, this version basically requires a ladder and is a little tedious. The one advantage this has is that you know the lengths will be perfectly level when you resize, rather than 'eyeballing' it. However, this version was almost x2 the price.

These are great. if you're going to buy gym rings you should buy these not cheap ones.

I replaced my old set with these because they are so much easier to change the length and have them be even , and they are super sturdy.

The rubber strap they give you to use as a grip on the rings suck. The wood is pretty scratchy so it could give you splinters. I recommend anyone who gets this to use tape or glue for the ring grips to hold it down to the rings a lot better.

I hang these rings from my garage for dips and other exercises. It's been almost a year now and they still work great and are in great shape. My only complaint is the grip tape they send with the rings don't stay in place very long. If that's important to you, you might want to look for some other alternatives for that. But the rings work great. At least for indoor use.

What I didn't like it wasn't complete.

Overall they are really nice rings. They look good, they hold my weight well, and they don't get damaged by water easily. I left them out overnight in the rain and snow without any noticeable wear.The only drawback is that they can cause splinters if you're not careful. To prevent this you can use the included grips or just do some light sanding.
