  • Action Instructions

    1. Stand on the base with your feet shoulder width apart and put the resistance band on your hands.

    2. Keep your arms as close to your body as possible and raise your hands to a 90° angle.

    3. Hold the resistance band and turn your arms outwards and sideways

    Action Considerations

    Keep your elbow at the body side. Just rotate your forearm to perform the movement and keep your elbow still.
