  • Action Instructions

    1. Stand on the base with wrists fastened by the resistance bands, making fists with both hands. Flex the arms to near the front of the chest.

    2. Push one fist to the top of the opposite side.

    3. Withdraw the fist to the starting position and then push another.

    Action Considerations

    Slightly bend your knees to help create the balance.
