Gonex Canvas Yoga Mat Bag Large

Adorable bag, but my yoga mat eats up most of the space. Check the photo to see what I mean. Once it's in, I can barely squeeze two yoga blocks alongside it.
That said, the design details shine: faux leather accents on the corners and front strip add flair, while the two sturdy handles and detachable woven strap (adjustable up to 56 inches) offer carrying options.
Little luxuries like the removable luggage tag, faux leather zipper pulls, and protective bottom feet show this bag's built to last and stay stylish doing it. Just wish it had a tad more room for my yoga essentials!

This is a sturdy, well-made canvas bag that easily fits two yoga blocks and small accessories. My only issue? The flap just doesn't wrap all the way around my mat - no matter how tightly I roll it (even without the towel). It's frustrating when such a solid bag falls short on this one practical detail.

I'm OBSESSED with this yoga bag! The canvas fabric looks and feels amazing, and the mandala design on the front is gorgeous. It's got tons of room inside plus handy zippered pockets. The front flap folds down perfectly to secure your yoga mat, with straps to keep everything snug. The handles are thick and heavy-duty and this bag is built to last! The quality is outstanding, and the cotton canvas cleans up so easily. Seriously, I LOVE this bag!

This is my first yoga bag purchase, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. The material feels durable, and the gold detailing is applied perfectly, no cracks or peeling. The exterior straps and flap keep my mat securely in place, which I love. The side pockets are ideal for my water bottle, eye pillow, and other small essentials, while the main compartment has plenty of room for my blocks.
There's a handy interior zipper pocket for my phone, though I wish there was an external one for quick access to keys or snacks. It doesn't fit my bolster, but since I rarely use it in class, that's not a dealbreaker. Overall, this is a stylish, well-thought-out bag that meets most of my yoga needs. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting both function and fashion in their yoga gear.

I have purchased and used a Gonex tube shaped Yoga mat bag for 5 years now to hold my $90 natural rubber yoga mat. This Gonex bag has the same great quality for a well-made great value-for-money bag. Because that narrow bag has a tube shape, I also have carried a separate bag for props and water bottle.
The bag/tote has an outside of the main compartment has a pair of straps and a covering cloth flap for holding in place a rolled up yoga mat. The main compartment of this mat/props tote bag is for holding blocks, straps, towels, shoes, and other bulky items, thus eliminating my need to carry a separate bag in addition to a mat-only bag.
This outer cloth flap on this bag is perfect for non-rubber (latex) mats. Note that 100% rubber (latex) mats (or at least the brand I buy) is susceptible to color fading if exposed to sun, therefore I will use this bag to carry one of my non-rubber mats.
This entire bag is heavy canvas, and similar to my other Gonex bag, has a beautiful yoga inspired design. All of the stitching, sewing, and notions (snaps, zippers, zipper pulls) are first rate. Inside the bag all the seams have been sewn with a lock over stitch. Inside is a medium size (roughly 10' X 12")zippered pocket. On the outside of the bag are two pockets on each narrow end of the bag. These could fit a water bottle. In the photo you'll see that I stuck to larger size cork blocks in this bag and there is still plenty of room. I've used my other Gonex bag to transport my yoga mat 4-5 times a week for five years. That bag shows very little wear. And the dyes used in that bag are color fast. I suspect this larger mat/props combo bag will prove just as durable and colorfast.

This is an amazing bag for the price. The quality is excellent and it holds everything. I just love it.

Amazing bag!
