Gonex 60L Canvas Duffle Bag with Shoe Compartment

My wife has been begging me to get a duffel bag that's a little nicer than the old bright blue gym bag I normally take on trips. This Gonex bag has been the perfect replacement. It's made of a heavy canvas like material that looks classy and has held up well to rough handling. It's got comfortable handles and a removable shoulder strap that's thick enough to still be comfortable even when the bag is fully loaded.Not only are there tons of pockets on this thing, two of my favorite features are the show compartment and the extendable zippers. There's a separate zipper compartment on the side that you can keep shoes, gym clothes, or anything else you want to keep away from the main compartment. My second favorite feature is the 2 zipper sections on each end that you can unzip to extend the length/capacity of the bag. It's an awesome feature that makes this one of the most versatile bags I own. It's durable enough to be a gym bag but looks classy enough with the leather accents to act as luggage on business trips. I love this bag and would definitely recommend it.

When I don't want to bring my luggage for a weekend trip, I take this. It's been great. I can just throw it around with no worry. The canvas material is very thick and can take a beating. The zips are sturdy and the pulls and chunky for easy gripping.I love that there is a ventilated shoe compartment, if you need to carry an extra pair. Keep in mind that the shoes will take up some internal space if you choose to load it.The inside is spacious and I can pack a few days worth of clothes and underwear. There is side access to the main compartment as well.The carry strap velcros closed for easy carry and there's a should strap as well.Solid grab and go bag.

This attractive bag has proven to be my go-to travel bag. Plenty of room for multiple outfits, shoes, and accessories. Multiple pockets and all zippers are smooth. Definitely happy with this purchase.

I used this duffle bag for the weekend trip to my sisters house. I got the Xl size with shoe compartment because I usually carry sneakers and a flip flop for trips. This is a big size bag but the shoe compartment takes more than one third of the space so if you want to use the shoe compartment then this will hold just enough stuff for 2-3 days if you like to travel light.Like most duffle bags this does not have a firm base. I fortunately found a hard plastic that fits just right in the base and helps keep the shape of the bag when carrying. I like several zippered pockets that help keep things easily accessible. There are zippers on sides which the open will expand the bag by about 3 inches. The carrying straps are well made and comfortable to hold. The bag is made of sturdy canvas material which is very durable and the stitching is also well done. This is a good quality bag that is designed to hold enough things for a weekend trip.

My daughter used this bag for a week away at wilderness camp; this bag suited her needs perfectly.The bag is made of a nice, thick canvas-like material. It feels very strong and durable. The bag came home from wilderness camp absolutely none the worse for the wear. We anticipate many, many years of use out of this travel bag.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this bag.

This bag is very sturdy, well made many pockets and even an expandable feature in case you come home with souvenirs! Enough space for a weekend trip for sure. Would definitely recommend.

This duffel bag is outstanding. It has so many unique features, including a shoe compartment, bronze hardware, tons & tons of pockets, adjustable & detachable straps and an expandable zipper. It is very durable and my husband and I got all of our clothes in this one bag for a three day beach trip.

This bag is very well made, much larger than I expected; which was a bonus for us, has so many different compartments to fit literally ANYONE'S needs. Duffel bag also come's equipped with a handle for holding to carry, in addition it came with a shoulder strap to use when needing it for carrying much easier in my opinion or for longer transporting of bag to free up hands when traveling.

I wanted a travel bag for long weekends and 3-5 day long trips. First, this works really well and has lots of compartments for easy organization. It also has expandable sides for shorter or longer trips. You just unzip a zipper on both ends and it becomes 4 inches wider. One of the sides has a pocket for shoes, etc. So far, I was able to use this on a 4-day trip over Memorial Day and it worked really well. I liked that I could enlarge it for my return and was able to fit all the items I purchased inside. The material is a strong, durable canvas and the zippers are a heavy duty metal zipper, which worked smoothly. You can also carry this with the double handle or the padded shoulder strap. With my first trip, I feel this will really work well for what I need. It is also priced well for a bag of this quality and I highly recommend this.

This duffle bag looks and feels well-made and is versatile. One of the end zipper opens up with a compartment that would fit some shoes. The zippered part has two air vents as well. If one uses this for shoes, it does take up almost half of the bag. There are pockets on every side of this bag. It also has an extension zipper on each end allowing the bag to be bigger. There is one zipper that open into the main compartment that is on the end as shown in the 6th photo. Not sure of the thought process on this one. It also has a flap that is attached on both ends but open in the middle, allowing this to slip over the handle of a rolling suitcase (last photo). It would be good to use for a gym, on vacation, a weekend trip. It can hold a lot of clothes and other items.

This duffel bag is actually quite nice. I wasn't expecting much from it since it's made out of canvas material, and I've had not so good experiences with those in the past. This one is sturdy, robust, and HEFTY. It definitely has some weight to it, even when completely empty. Once full, you're going to notice the weight of the bag.I like that it has leather zipper straps throughout, thus making it easy and comfortable to find the zippers and use them appropriately. I also like that the bag has rubber pads on the bottom, which double as grip and impact absorbers to protect what you have inside the bag. This duffel bag is also quite large, and the pockets are deep and spacious. Each compartment is large enough for whatever you might need. The walls and general construction feel of high quality. It is also able to be compressed into a small size when empty.Solid duffel bag, overall a good choice, and I recommend it. 10/10.

I haven't started using it. It took a very long time to get it as it was shipped from Hong Kong. I think it would be a good road trip bag, but other travelers may laugh at me at the airport. I hope I don't lose the stuff in the shoe bag. it can be easily opened.

This duffle bag is very well made. The material is thick and sturdy and it looks fantastic. I recently moved and definitely made use of it. I'm very happy with it and have no complaints.

I have been using the bag for weekend road trips. Great for a night or two at a hotel or friends house. The shoe pocket is great and fits size 14 shoes.
