MOLLE-compatible medical pouch praised for excellent quality, durability, and storage capacity. Customers said it "fits everything I need for my IFAK" and is "well made." Most appreciate the tear-away Velcro system and multiple compartments. Some noted it's smaller than expected and a few experienced zipper or attachment issues. Great value for vehicle, hiking, or tactical use.
- Fits everything I need for my IFAK... Straps to the headrest of my truck quite nice.
- This bag is so great... honestly the best bang for your buck.

Nice size bag. Reason for 3 stars is one of the two zippers is messed up and doesn't open. I have to open from one side to the other instead of splitting down the middle.
I got this because while traveling oversea I had a medical issue and could not find what I needed in local pharmacies. I now travel with a emergency supply kit that I know whats in it and can prepare for contingencies based on where I'm going. This thing is great because I am able to attach it to my tactical backpack using the straps. On the other side is Velcro which makes it easy to quickly detach. I have something similar in my vehicle and in my house as I try to always be prepared for emergencies/sickness. Highly recommend and this is very good quality and not super expensive.
Needed a larger kit for my patrol vehicle, this is a great pack. Fits all of the essentials. Israeli bandages,TQs,chest seals, quick clot....and much much more with room to spare. Great quality!
It holds plenty of First Aide supplies plus a tourniquet and many other things. I looks well made, I would definitely recommend!
The pouch is what I was looking for is a nice tan to match my backpack and has a clearly visible medical patch
I like it. It's small, but that's what I wanted. I like that it's rip away velcro so you can just grab it and go.
I'm a new doctor with an interest in austere medicine who enjoys the outdoors. After taking a wilderness medicine class in med school and an experience getting called up in an airplane to administer medical care, I was inspired to put together a kit of emergency medical supplies that I could easily transfer between backpacks, travel bags, etc, for hiking, camping, and traveling, just to have some basic supplies available in an emergency situation. I think this bag is designed in a good format to hold a small amount of basic supplies, have them visible and organized when the bag is laid out, but also to keep it compact and portable. I've included a picture of the amount of supplies I've chosen to store in my pack, as well as what it looks like when they are all packed up, with my hand for size reference. As you can see, it bulges a bit but the zippers have no problem closing. Mine did not come with a patch.
It's a very good quality, durable, lightweight and compact first aid bag, can be carried easily anywhere and fits in suitcase or handbag easily. It can hold many first aid items , super happy with the product.
I absolutely love this thing it is the best ifac I have boughten to date very easy to use lots of room for storage and has velcro attachments so it's easy on and off
As someone who's been a hunter and backpacker for 30 years, you'd think I'd have figured it out before now. I got tired of searching for my first aid stuff, my "survive a night in the woods" stuff, and my gear repair stuff. Especially because a lot of that "stuff" fits into all three categories. This little bag solved all of that. Top section is for survival, middle is for first aid, flappy pocket holds gear repair. All in one. Clips or snaps onto my belt or whatever pack I'm using.
Best medium first aid kit I have ever owned! It fits everything I could need for a 5 day bag, and then some. 11/10 If you need a mobile first aid pouch, this is it!
Good fit on my range bag. A vacuum sealed Stop The Bleed kit fits inside perfectly, with room for incidentals like Band-Aids, electrolyte powder, and a small tube of burn cream. All around a good medical bag!
Fits everything I need for my IFAK including two vented chest seals, a CPR mask, an Israeli bandage, regular and quick clot gauze, a tourniquet, medical sheers, as well as quite a few smaller items like bandaids and antibiotic ointment. Im sure im missing other things i have in as well. Straps to the headrest of my truck quite nice.
This bag is so great. I built a first aid kit with tons of stuff, so much stuff that I can't really organize it well inside, but that's OK because the whole thing zips and a half so you can easily find what you need in an emergency and then just pack it all back in, so much better than trying to give you every possible pocket and nook and cranny to organize everything to some specific standard, like most other bags do. It has enough pockets to separate things in the categories, and then you are left with copious space in the middle to just kind of pile extra volume of things in there.we've taken this thing backpacking for multiple days, multiple times, hiking, road trips, all over the place, I just throw it around, when I'm backpacking I hook it onto the outside of my backpack (the molle compatable straps + the clip make it impossible to accidentally drop, but I also use a carabiner to connect one of the little plastic loops on it to something on my bag). This thing is honestly the best bang for your buck out of anything in the backpacking/prepper/first aid/etc. category. If you want a decent list of things to get: I keep, in ours, a 6 inch hemostatic (blood stop) gauze, blood stop Curad bandages, various sizes of regular Band-Aids, Neosporin, scissors, a scalpel, sutures, numbing powder that can be mixed with water and applied to a wound in an emergency surgery situation, or to your gums in the event of tooth pain, Halo seals, tourniquet, gloves, medical tape, body glide (for chafing), Charco charcoal caps (in case if ingested poison), burn shield burn care dressing, Benadryl, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, after bite tweezers, Zyrtec, DayQuil, Alka-Seltzer, Bleed stop powder, Chapstick, BZK antiseptic wipes, single purell hand sanitizer gels, toothache eugenol, etc. (all of the medicine stuff individually wrapped btw).
It is as described
A lot smaller then represented not quite big enough.
Handy and strong. Just what I expected.
Well I got to tell you I'm on a lot of different meds which leaves you in one of them situations where you got a bag full of these medication bottles and I was thinking to myself there's got to be a way that I can organize this so it makes getting into thim not only easy but you know an orderly mind is easy to deal with than a mindful of chaos and I thought that would work great with this bag in my meds which it does it's thick enough that it'll hold the bigger bottles you know the ones that they give you for three months Etc and it also has places for your medication that may come in individual packets etc the velcro and Molly system or spot on I have government issue equipment and it blends right with it and it's as well made in my opinion as the stuff that Uncle Sam was giving me so I got to say good on you for the quality and function of this larger med bag or EMT bag whatever they're calling them I call it a life simplifier works great for me and I love the velcro backing I have it attached to a bag that goes on my wheelchair and then when I need my meds you know I just pull it loose and there it is so I hope this helps if I had to have another one I would not hesitate to go to the same folks it came on time it was in great shape and I saw no manufacturer defects of any kind the last one I bought was a smaller one and I used it for 4 years before the med quantity outgrew the bag size anyway thank you once again I hope this helps anyone that reads it
So far it seems like a decent bag. it goes in and out of the jeep when the jeep is open. Unfortunately, the snaps that keep it attached to the Molle system are not strong enough so whenever you remove it by separating the Velcro, the snaps also unsnap so when you put the bag back in, you have to reattach the base to the Molle system and then re-Velcro it. Not a deal breaker but plan on re-setting up the Molle attachments every time you take it in or out. I had hoped to be able to pull it off the Velcro and put it back in quickly.
Good product
Although the pouch was slightly smaller than I pictured, I was able to fit a wide variety of supplies into it. The internal elastic hold-down bands are way tight, and useful only for thin things like scissors or a couple of bandaids, but there are multiple pockets and dividers, and many handy items (gauze, tape, etc.) are soft and compact-able, and don't really need anchoring down.I like that the mounting system has a buckled cinch-strap to connect the velcro base to the kit. My plan is to mount the base of this bag to the rear fender of my dirt-bike, and it will see a LOT of jouncing around (which had me concerned about the velcro, particularly after a few mud-soakings and cleaning sessions). That cinch-strap will ensure that the kit stays in place, even if the velcro ages, or its stickiness declines.Something that's not explained by the ad very well is that the area where the little cross logo resides is a strip of velcro, and that little cross logo can come off, if you want to attach something with your name, or some form of ID. Kind of handy. The pouch doesn't appear to be waterproof, so everything in my kit is in individual zipper-bags.
