Review for Gonex Canvas Duffle Bag 50L.I really like this duffel. First, in my opinion, it's stylish and has a good look. Second, 50L allows it to fit a lot items without feeling too bulky. There are a good number of compartments as well as a shoe compartment. Construction is solid and rugged and so far it holds up great. My failing points for other bags have always been the zippers so I will update if anything goes wrong with them.Overall, if you're looking for a sleek-looking duffel, this is a good choice.

I love this bag. Metal clips, tough zippers, strong canvas material, plenty of storage space, lots of pockets.

Quality is great. The leather accents, the zippers and clasps....all great quality. It's a good medium size, lots of compartments. We really like it! Recommend!

Well constructed bag with beefy zippers and strong internal seams - looks like it will hold up to years of use.Attachment points for the should strap are thick leather with strong stitching in a box and X pattern. The handles are similarly stitched, with the additional of large rivets at each end where the handles join the bag.Zipper pulls are oversized with metal tabs, plus thick leather patches - making them easy to use when wearing gloves or just reaching for a zipper without looking.The bag is expandable in length. Compressed its a great size for an extended weekend, expanded it holds everything I need for most weeklong trips. Compressed it should fit airline carryon size limits, but those do vary.Even though the bag looks and feels very durable and rugged, it's pretty light when empty. With the shoulder strap, it weighs only 2.82 lbs. or 45 ounces.The shoulder strap is detachable for storage in a pocket, and is also adjustable in length.The branding on the bag is a one-inch fabric tag, so it's subtle and avoids marring the classic appearance of this cool duffel.The bag has become my go-to luggage for short trips and has pushed other bags and packs into storage in the garage.

This duffel bag feels like an accessory as well as a functional bag. The combination of canvas and leather gives is a manly vibe. At least compared to other bags I have bought in department stores. The Velcro on the handle could be a little stronger, but that is about it. The rest is high quality and I have nothing to complain about. The strap is wide enough to distribute the weight of the bag. The strap cushion has padding that is sufficient enough to carry through an airport. The zippers are oversized and operate smoothly. The layout of the bag is well thought out. It is a great bag.

Plenty of room in this sturdy canvas bag for weekend travel, and even more room with the expansion for longer trips. There is one zippered pocket on one side and two zippered pockets on the other. There is also a zippered pocket and two open pockets inside. I ordered one for each of my sons, one in blue and one in dark grey. They are both looking forward to using them for our short family vacation next month.

Great size duffle bag. My favorite part is that it is expandable. Inside it has 2 pockets for phone and other small items on one side and a bigger zipper pocket on the other. Lots of pockets with zippers on the outside. Also the colors is amazing. Comes with a strap to give it should support and the handles have a velcro connector to make them as one. The bottom has 4 small plastic supports. Well made and I can't wait to travel with it. Love this duffle!

I got this bag for a two day tournament over the weekend and future practices and tournaments in different locations. This bag is what I was looking for and it's great.I was able to fit quite a few things in there. I thought the expansion was gonna be meh but it actually made a difference. All the smaller compartments/pockets are well placed and practical. The main compartment 's opening is not as wide as the actual space. In other words, it's a smaller opening. If you want to put a bigger item in there you are likely to have to maneuver a bit. I have a backpack I wanted to put in there which would have fit the space in the main compartment just fine. However, the opening was narrower so I had to work through that. This doesn't bother me. Just something I thought I'd point out. The hooks for the shoulder strap have some weight to them and feel sturdy. The handheld loops are easy to grab and go. There's also a sleeve to keep the loops together, too, if you want.I'm 5"3 and put the bag on my shoulder/across my body to give an idea of its size. This is a simple, practical, versatile bag that will cater to your many needs, I'm convinced. I'm really glad I got this bag. I will be using it a lot for my future trips and need.

This bag is higher quality than expected. All the zippers work, canvas is heavy high quality. Will work great as a carry on, maybe not quite to it's full size to make sure it fits in required space, or for a few day trip. Very satisfied with this order.

There is a lot to like about this bag - the color, all the pockets, it's expandable, etc. The bag has quality zippers and material. You can fit a lot in it.However, it has no rigidity to it. I like a bag to stand up and open while I am packing it. This will probably become my camping bag.

This is a perfect travel bag! It is made out of a good quality canvas material and the zippers are all well constructed making it easy to use. It has both standard carry handles and a shoulder strap which makes it convenient to carry around. There are several different compartments to secure a variety of items in a well organized manner. My favorite part is that it is expandable by using zippers located on both ends. Only need a little room and want the bag to be as small as possible? Keep them zipped and it is a very compact bag for quick trips. Need it to be a bit bigger? Just unzip the ends and it expands enough to store a decent amount of extra items for a longer trip. A really great, well thought out design. Last, the colors are perfect for me. The black canvas with leather accents looks great!

We chose this bag over others for its Manliness-ha! It is even expandable via the zipper. The zippers are large with leather tab pulls, so they are not going to get caught on anything. The only drawback I see is that it will absorb rain/water- but for our purposes, we will not need to worry about that. So many zippered compartments- this is a top-notch bag. We compared quite a few- this one is tops! Love it!

Very excited to use this bag for a weekend trip I am taking. I love the separated side pickets because my toiletries will stand upright with no issue. The front has two small pickets which I can house my papers and small items such as makeup. The inside is more spacious than I thought and another pocket on the inside (probably putting more valuable things in there). And the color is like a denim blue which will go with everything, and my husband won't mind carrying since it's a neutral color.

Expandable for sure. 2 inches on each side. Second picture in Third picture shows you the nice heavy duty zipper you'll find all over this bag. There are three separate pockets on the inside of this bag, and several on the outside of the bag. Has spike footed bottom to keep your bag off the ground. Two ways to carry with a hand carry, as well as a shoulder strap with shoulder protector. This is a very nice overnight bag, weekend get away, gym bag. What ever you might need it for. Heavy durable material.

This bag has so many pockets! I love it just because of that. There are pockets on the sides, the front, the back, the inside! It has a nice padded hand strap and padded shoulder strap. The two sides expand to make it even larger. The fabric is thick and durable. The inside of each pocket is lined. This is a great bag!

This is a really heavy bag, which to me is a sign of a well made bag that's gonna last you a lifetime! It has twice the amount of pockets of any other bag I own! The shoulder strap is cushioned making it comfortable to carry and the design of the bag is very attractive! Well worth the money!! Recommended 100%

Very impressive little piece of luggage. The canvas material and nylon zippers are of good quality material. It is good size and it can expand further on the ends. Plenty of zippered pockets for housing smaller items. Shoulder strap for easy carrying as well.

This duffel bag it introduced is for men but I like it too. Because the quality is so good. The material it made of is durable canvas, the thick type ones. The hardware is well made too. It feels like it can last for years.It has lots of components to put in different stuffs, to keep things organized. And the capability is large. It can be extended bigger. Perfect for short trips.

This will easily be my go to bag. Love the fact that it is expandable. The shoulder strap is easily removed. Has a good amount of pockets. The bag expands on each end for a little extra space. Quality made with a vintage look.

I needed a new travel bag after my old one bit the dust. Since I've 'borrowed' my wife's bag a few times on solo trips I opted to get one more like hers. This is a really nice bag and easily holds a weekend's worth (even a week's worth - if you pack carefully). There's lots of other pouches to hold the 'extra' stuff you want when away from home. Unlike a lot of the other bags I see listed, this one is cotton (canvas) and while it's not waterproof, I really like the size and design of this bag and on a recent trip to 'the big town' I used this and it worked great to hold my five days worth of clothes. I did expand the bag with the two zippered sections which added a bit more space. Since we drove I was able to put a few extra things in the car (and not in the bag), but this would be spectacular for a weekend (even an extended one) getaway without needing any other luggage. I could also see this as being a great gym bag for workouts over the lunch hour - if you're into that. Overall I am really happy I ordered this and I foresee using it for future travels regularly.

This is actually a little darker shade of blue than the picture. It's more like a denim blue. There are several pockets and a couple open pouches inside for a cell phone or something else. It expands at each end! So if you buy a lot of souvenirs, there will be some extra room. The material is pretty heavy and should be durable the hardware is high quality. There is a detachable, padded shoulder strap. There are just so many nice features. This is a good quality bag and I highly recommend it.
